Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery after dispatch takes approximately 3–5 business days in India or 10–20 days to selected international destinations. Indian orders over ₹10,000 ship free; below ₹10,000, shipping is ₹379. International rates are calculated at checkout.
Returns & exchanges:
Eligible standard returns can be requested within 7 days of delivery and approved refunds are provided as Indiehouse online credits. Standard returns shipping is borne by the customer. One complimentary exchange is available, subject to stock.
For wrong or defective goods, report within 48 hours with your order number, photographs and unboxing video. After verification, we provide a replacement and cover approved reverse pickup and replacement shipping.
