An order can be cancelled only before it is dispatched.

01How cancellation works

• Send the request using the email or phone number on our Contact page and include your order number.
• If the order has not been dispatched, we will confirm the cancellation.
• Once dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled. If eligible, you may use the return process after delivery.

02Cancelled-order value

Any approved value due after cancellation is issued as Indiehouse online credits, except where applicable law requires another remedy.
