Order processing

Orders are normally processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days, subject to product availability, payment verification and operational conditions.

Domestic shipping — India

• Orders below ₹10,000: ₹379 shipping charge

• Orders of ₹10,000 or more: Free standard shipping

After dispatch, delivery normally takes approximately 3–5 business days, depending on the destination and courier serviceability.

International shipping

International shipping is available only for selected destinations supported at checkout.

After dispatch, international deliveries are estimated to take approximately 10–20 days.

International delivery charges are calculated separately based on eligible destination, shipment weight and applicable shipping rates. Domestic free-shipping offers do not apply to international orders.

International orders are prepaid. Applicable import duties, customs charges and local taxes are the customer's responsibility unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout.

International shipping availability and rates are subject to the activation of supported Shopify Markets and delivery services.

Order tracking

Once an order has been dispatched, tracking information will be shared through the registered contact details wherever available.

Address changes

Changes to shipping addresses or contact details may be requested before dispatch. Changes cannot be guaranteed after an order has been handed to the delivery partner.

Delivery delays

Delivery estimates may change because of courier delays, remote destinations, customs processing, public holidays, adverse weather or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Delivery problems

If an order is missing, incorrect, damaged or tampered with, please contact our team promptly with your order number and supporting evidence.
