Order processing
Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days before dispatch.

Delivery within India
After dispatch, delivery normally takes approximately 3–5 business days, depending on the destination and courier serviceability.

International delivery
International shipping is available to selected destinations, subject to serviceability at checkout. After dispatch, international delivery currently takes approximately 10–20 days. This is an estimated timeline and may vary by destination, courier routing, customs processing, holidays or other circumstances outside our control.

International shipping terms
All international orders are prepaid. Customers are responsible for international shipping charges and any applicable customs duties, import taxes or destination-country fees. Standard international returns and exchanges are not available; see our Returns & Exchanges policy for exceptions required by applicable law.

Shipping charges
Free standard shipping across India on orders of ₹10,000 or more.
For domestic orders below ₹10,000, standard shipping is ₹379.
International shipping is charged separately according to the destination and is shown at checkout.

Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, tracking details will be shared through the contact details provided with the order, wherever available.

Address changes
Address or contact-detail changes can be requested only before dispatch. Once an order has been handed to the courier, we cannot guarantee any change.

Delivery issues
If a parcel appears damaged, tampered with, incorrect or incomplete, please follow the reporting process in our Returns, Refunds & Exchanges page.
