These Terms & Conditions apply when you browse or place an order with Indiehouse. By using the website, you agree to these terms together with the policies linked below.
Products, availability & pricing
Indiehouse is a multi-brand destination. Product details, sizes, colours and images are provided as accurately as reasonably possible, but minor variations can occur between screens, batches and brands. Products are subject to availability. If a stock, pricing or listing error affects an order, we may contact you to correct or cancel the affected order.
Orders & payment
Online orders are prepaid and are accepted only after successful payment and order confirmation. We may refuse or cancel an order where required because of stock, payment, fraud-prevention, pricing or operational issues.
Domestic & international shipping
We ship within India and to selected international destinations where serviceability is available at checkout. Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery after dispatch is approximately 3–5 business days within India and 10–20 days internationally. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout. Delivery estimates may vary due to courier, destination, customs or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Brand & website content
Indiehouse branding, website layout, text and original content may not be copied or commercially reused without permission. Third-party brand names, logos and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

The website may rely on third-party platforms and providers for ecommerce, payments, delivery, communication, analytics or other functions. Their services may also be subject to their own terms and privacy practices.
Liability & consumer rights
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website or delays outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by applicable laws of India. Subject to mandatory consumer-law rights, disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
