All Indiehouse online orders, domestic and international, are prepaid. Cash on delivery is not available. Available payment methods are shown securely at checkout.
Payment confirmation
Your order is confirmed only after the payment is successfully authorised and the order confirmation is generated.
Payment failed but amount debited
If payment fails but your bank shows a debit, the amount is usually reversed by the bank/payment provider according to its own processing timeline. If an order confirmation was not generated, please check your bank/payment status before placing the order again.
Online credits
Approved return or cancellation refunds are issued as Indiehouse online credits to the customer details associated with the order. Online credits are issued and managed by Indiehouse, have no expiry date, and may be redeemed against purchases both on the Indiehouse online store and at our Jaipur store. The same available online credits balance can be used through either channel. Contact our support team for balance checks or redemption assistance. Redemption instructions, where required, are provided when credits are issued. Online credits are not redeemable for cash except where required by law.
